These are a pair of new vintage style white wall balloon tires 26" x 2.125".  They have a nice cruiser tread pattern with a little bit rounded shape (not as squared off as the Cheng Shin or GT) check pictures for details.  I am not sure the brand, they only have what looks like a WD logo on them, and the packaging had Fuji Bicycle printed on them. They would look great on any vintage balloon or beach cruiser bike.
